Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect purchases made.
Once you have received your order, please notify Customer Service via email within 24hrs of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period iCandy is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims). If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.
We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period. There will be no charge for collection and return of these items.
Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
Refunds and Returns (if applicable)
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. ****There is no refund for postage charges or shipping costs incurred.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again, followed by contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
